On Wednesday, May 17th, 2017 Sits n Wiggles lost one of our 1st and most dedicated dog walking clients. Steve, affectionately called “Old Man Steve”, passed away at home, leaving behind his two dogs Ted E. Bear and Princess Diana. Ted and Diana are now adoptable dogs, looking for their new furever.

Ted and Diana were adopted by Steve approximately 4 years ago when they were puppies. While they do get along with each other very well, they are not a bonded pair, so they can be adopted separately.

Diana – Adoptable Dogs

Adoptable Dogs

Diana enjoying just hanging out!

Diana is a 4 year old Mountain Cur mix. She is spayed, up to date on shots flea, tick, and heartworm prevention (as of 5/5/17).

Diana is a sweet and fun lady, who is obsessed with chewies of any kind. Diana is potty trained, crate trained, does well in the house, and loves all people. She needs slow introductions with other dogs, as she get super excited and can be a little too much for some dogs. We do not know, at this time, how she would be with cats. All this girl needs to be happy is a couch, some snuggles, and a chew toy or two. She is a true angel of a dog and you will be happy with the relationship you build with her! Diana comes with one training session with Valarie, our trainer.

Ted E. Bear – Adoptable Dogs

Adoptable Dogs

Ted is attentive and loyal!

Ted is a 4 year old pure bred Chow Chow. He is neutered, up to date on shots, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention (as of 5/5/17).

Ted defies and defines many of the Chow Chow characteristics. He is well behaved and has a well balanced personality. Typical to the breed he is not overly affectionate but is very loyal to his person. He protects his home vigilantly, yet is one of the sweetest dogs once he trusts you. Ted is potty trained, crate trained, and does well in the house. He also needs slow introductions with other dogs, as per his breed, doesn’t trust during the 1st meeting. Ted would not be suited for a home with small children or cats. As with most Chows he is not tolerant of mistreatment, such as hair or tail pulling. however, he does great at the groomer for bathing and nail trims.  Ted comes with one training session with Valarie, our trainer.
