Private Training

Private dog training or sessions are the best way to address many behavioral issues such as fear, aggression, resource guarding, and anxiety. Sits n Wiggles offers private dog training sessions at your home or virtually.

 

INTAKE PROCESS:
We currently are not taking clients via phone. You must complete our contact form available on our website. This form helps get us needed information regarding your specific situation. After you submit the contact form, the trainer assigned to your case will reach out to you via email. Please check your spam folder if you have not heard from us within a few days.

In that email is a link to our FREE online orientation class. This class is approximately 30 minutes long and goes over our most important policies and procedures, required equipment, and training exercises for you to start. This used to be a part of your paid initial consultation. Now, it is provided to you free of charge. This also allows more time to work together on the presenting behavior or training problems, in our consultation. In that email will also be a link for your to schedule your initial consultation. You will need to complete the intake form, including vaccine records, and make payment.

Initial Session:

With KJ, Tiffany, and Tracy: $95*
With Michelle: $85*

All initial sessions are done virtually using Google Meet. During an initial private session, we will go over your concerns and goals in-depth, create an action plan, and set you and your dog up to be successful in changing their behavior. Virtual sessions are excellent for dogs with issues with visitors coming in the home or those owners in the at-risk category for Covid-19. These sessions are still VERY effective. You will need a computer with a webcam or a mobile phone with a camera.

Initial Behavior Case Session:

With Valarie: $180*

All initial sessions are done virtually using Google Meet. During an initial private session, we will go over your concerns and goals in-depth, create an action plan, and set you and your dog up to be successful in changing their behavior. Virtual sessions are excellent for dogs with issues with visitors coming in the home or those owners in the at-risk category for Covid-19. These sessions are still VERY effective. You will need a computer with a webcam or a mobile phone with a camera. This initial appointment is for aggression, generalized anxiety, or fear of any type. Because these cases are complex, this appointment is 2 hours long.

Training Packages*

We recognize that our fees are not cheap! Nothing of quality is. We strive to be the best-educated and experienced canine behavior experts we can be. You won’t find better, more educated, and caring trainers in Cuyahoga County. We are in high demand for a reason and our fees reflect the quality of expertise we provide.

However, we want to reward those that are dedicated to their dogs and training them with kindness, love, and science. So, we have developed some package deals that will help with costs.

During follow-up sessions, we will assess how our action plan is working and develop the next steps.
